ICHINOMIYA DENKI develops and manufactures brushless motors, generators, and resolvers for various applications.
ICHINOMIYA DENKI implements all major manufacturing processes of motors in-house, allowing to prepare for mass production from the design and prototyping stages, leading to a smooth transition to mass production.
The following products are available as tailor-made products. We will propose the optimal design based on the customer's requests regarding characteristics, shape, equipment, etc.

Brushless motor
Feature of brushless motors are "small size", "high efficiency", and "ease of detailed control."
For the motor drivers, we propose the optimal products through the joint development with partner manufacturers.
Furthermore, if you use a customer-specified driver/inverter, we will design the optimal motor suitable for the driver.
In addition to complete motor products, we can also deliver semi-finished products (built-in) and stators alone.
Generator
We design the generator to obtain the optimal power generation characteristics depending on the motive power such as engine, water power, wind power, etc.
Resolver sensor (Variable reluctance type)
The resolver is a sensor that detects rotation angle.
Since the main body of the resolver consists of cores and windings, it has feature of higher environmental resistance against vibration and temperature compared to other types of angle sensors.
It is widely used in rotor magnetic pole sensors for automotive brushless motors.
