Business details
We perform injection molding of small precision resin products, mainly insulators for stator windings, and insert molding of core parts.
With insert molding, not only the core but also parts such as pin headers, collars, and nuts can be integrally molded with high precision.
Insert-molded cores are easy to handle when winding wires, and are highly reliable against external factors such as vibration, so they are often used in resolver sensors and automotive cores.

We produce insulators for stators and resolver sensors produced in our domestic factories.
We also implement core molding.

We carry out the resin molding of the core manufactured in-house, and then the entire process up to the winding is integrated within the factory.
We also mold delivery trays for the various products we manufacture.
