Using the latest equipment and the latest powder coating material, we perform powder coating from 30μm to 500μm depending on the winding conditions.
Insulating coatings have a long history, and with our in-house technology, we are able to respond to your request for coating thickness, creating coatings that have good resistant to rust and pressure.
We spray special paint onto stator cores, magnet rings, etc.
At our factories in Thailand and the Philippines, we implement in-house processing of HDD micro motors, from core punching to powder coating and winding.
